★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan anda kurang memuaskan bagi nasabah. Saya mau bayar cicilan motor. masih jam 1.29, udah tutup aja (ikut ngantri). diminta bayar melalui minimarket. Padahal jarak dari rumah ke oto cukup jauh. Sebaiknya jangan sampai nasabah pergi sebelum pembayaran diterima. Bahkan jika nasabah itu antar cabang oto.
 Your service is not satisfactory for customers. I want to pay a motorbike installment. still at 1.29, just closed (joined in line). asked to pay via minimarket. Even though the distance from the house to the auto is quite far. It is better not to let the customer leave before payment is received. Even if the customer is between auto branches.

The bpkb pick-up service is not responsive, it's not appropriate, if you collect installments a day, you can make 3 calls
