★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untung aja kita bela2in nguber mamas nya, makanya akirnya dikirimin deh sofa kita. itupun pakai deliveree, potong dari biaya sisa yang belom di bayarkan. sofanya yah soso lah, agak buluk, bahan berbulu, rangka bunyi2. agak miring dikir belakangnya. tapi yaudah lah, memang ada harga ada barang. kita maklumin, eh Belom selang 1 bulan sejak dapet sofa ini, ada yang DM saya di ig nanya in owner yang punya lapak ini, katanya owner kabur ngga bisa dihubungi. padahal sofanya belom dikirim juga. Hayo loh mas, mau ngomong hape nya rusak apa beneran ada niatan ga baik nih ? kalo ada itikad baik, kontak tuh @followidc di IG. dia nyariin ente. Jualan mbok ya amanah dong jangan sampe dikejer2 dulu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya sudah order sofa hampir 2 bulan nih dan janji antar 21 Desember, dan ternyata gak ada kabar..nomor wa malah mati gak bisa dihubungi, apa ada yg ngalamin nasib sama saya?
saya mau klarifikasi beberapa hal ya.
1. bapak tidak ada penjelasan keterlambatan kirim dari protokol pandemic. melainkan barang sudah diantar sebelumnya namun ternyata kondisi sofa sangat gak layak saya terima. bnyak yang sobek dan bolong, kain kotor, jahit gak rata.
2. dan akhirnya kita sepakat sofa dibawa balik dan butuh waktu 1 minggu lagi untuk perbaikan, namun Bapak meminta saya membayar kekurangannya lagi 500rb padahal harusnya yg bener bapak benerin dulu. masalah pelunasan sesuai kesepakatanan
3. sudah 1 minggu saya tanya hari sabtunya dan bapak bilang mau kirim hari senin. saya tunggu hari senin gak ada kabar, lalu di tlp gak bisa , di wa jg gak bisa.... saya pikir mungkin sedang ada problem. lalu saya tunggu sampai hari rabu jg gak ada kabar.
4. saya berusaha keras mencari kontek pak herman kesana kemari, dan saya meninggalkan sebuah pesan di salah satu akun bapak .
5. lalu akhirnya Pak Herman kontek wa saya dengan nomor baru. alasannya hp nya 2 2nya rusak, dan kehilangan kontek saya.
6. sepengalaman saya jika hp rusak nomor wa sih gak mgkn hilang. apalagi jika bapak ada kuatir cust nyari bapak harusnya sgera diaktifkan ke hp baru. buka ganti nomor.
7. sampai detik ini saya lihat nomor bapak yg digoogle dan lainnya masih tidak aktif.
8. tambahan memang sofa pada akhirnya diantar dengan kondisi saya yg lakukan pembayaran ongkosnya dengan kurir Deliveree. walaupun masih ada sisa pembayaran yg jadi kewajiban saya. menurut saya ini kurang etis. karena kondisi sofa ternyata mash bermasalah di kaki sofa depan oblak dan bunyi berderit, lalu ada yg bolong jg.
bagi customer yg memiliki pengalaman yg sama dan belum bisa menghubungi Pak herman terkait dengan order yg gantung silahkan info disini jg

5. Then finally Mr. Herman contacted me with the new number. the reason is the 2 2 cellphones are damaged, and lost my context.
6. In my experience, if the cellphone is damaged, the wa number doesn't disappear. especially if you are worried that the cust is looking for you, you should immediately activate it on a new cellphone. open change number.
7. Until now, I have seen that your Google and other numbers are still not active.
8. In addition, the sofa was finally delivered with my condition, who paid the fare with a Deliveree courier. even though there is still a remaining payment which is my obligation. in my opinion this is less ethical. because the condition of the sofa turned out to have a problem at the foot of the sofa in front of the oblak and a creaking sound, then there was a hole too.
