★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PARAH. Kapok nggak bakal pernah pake Sulawesi Trans Logistik. Udah lama, ga profesional, ga ada tanggung jawab. barang saya nyasar. Kalo ga mau drama, mending cari logistik laen. banyak kok yang lebih murah dgn pelayanan yg lebih baik
CRITICAL. Kapok will never use Sulawesi Trans Logistics. It's been a long time, unprofessional, no responsibility. my stuff got lost. If you don't want drama, it's better to look for other logistics. How come many are cheaper with better service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pengiriman lama sekali, saat sampai rumah malam sekali jam 1 malam. dan mobil dibuat lecet. sangat tidak bertanggung jawab & tidak profesional. padahal ekspedisi rekomendasi dr dealer. dan harga jasa mahal dibanding jasa lainnya
delivery took a long time, when I got home at night once at 1 pm. and the car was scratched. very irresponsible & unprofessional. even though the expedition was recommended by the dealer. and the price of services is expensive compared to other services
