★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perumahan sedang di bangun, namun sudah banyak yg mesan, saya kira nantinya ini akan jadi perumahan yg cukup baik, sudah terlihat dari pesat dan bagusnya pembangunan. Sukses selalu sukadami residence.
InsyaAlloh tidak banjir, karena perumahan cukup tinggi serta aliran air mengarak ke jalan belakang, selain itu sistem drainasenya juga cukup bagus, saya rasa tidak akan banjir....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sudah menghuni sekitar 4 bulan dipusingkan dengan kelangkaan air bersih padahal perumahan sebelah sudah masuk pdam. Titik sumur bor yang disediakan developer tidak bisa digunakan sehingga harus ngebor ulang dengan jarak sekitar 75 meter dr rumah dan hasilnya kekeringan dan terpaksa harus ngungsi. Semoga developer bisa mempertimbangkan air pdam ketibang sumur pantek yang dikerjakan tukang dari pribumi.
I've lived for about 4 months and mess around with the scarcity of clean water even though the housing next door has entered the water supply. The borehole points provided by the developer could not be used so they had to re-drill at a distance of about 75 meters from the house and the result was dry and forced to evacuate. Hopefully the developer can consider tap water instead of pantek wells which are made by native craftsmen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finishing kurang oke, lantai sela keramik dilubangi semut, pojokan rumah besi cor terlihat, rumah tepi sawah blm full di pasang tanggul/cakar ayam.
The finishing is not okay, the floor between the ceramics is perforated with ants, the corner of the cast iron house is visible, the house on the edge of the rice field has not been fully installed with embankments / chicken claws.
