awal transaksi dengan Elisabet, pintar banget bicaranya. Kursi kantor yang seharusnya dipakai untuk soft opening dihari selasa tapi nggak datang juga.
janji senin sampai deitempat dan sudah tanya yakin bisa sampai senin, dengan percaya diri dia mengiyakan. senin malam tidak ada tanda-tanda kalau pesanan akan dikirim. Setelah tanya ke Elisabet baru follow up dan tanyain ke pabrik. alasannya pabrik sudah tutup dan selasa pagi akan ditanyakan kembali ke pabrik. Katanya Toko ini sudah puluhan tahun berdiri dan alasan itu juga untuk tidak mau pembayaran DP 50%, harus full payment sebelum jam 12 siang agar barang terkirim hari senin.
Dan ini orang benar2 nggak punya muka untuk bisa menelepon pembeli untuk merespon kesalahan. Jangan belanja kesini deh apalagi untuk nominal besar, MENGECEWAKAN SEKALI. Tidak menyarankan sama sekali. Semoga tidak ada lagi pembeli yang bisa dipermainkan seperti ini.
