★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very satisfied with their service! The staffs were very friendly and helpful. There were also snacks and drinks available in the waiting area. It took them only about half an hour to update my KK and KTP, and there was no need to go to RT RW and Kelurahan beforehand. Administration matters just get a lot more convenient nowadays.
