Instrukturnya enak sih, gerakannya msh bisa diikutin tp ttp bikin keringetan tp ada kekurannga:
Tempatnya tergoling kecil, kmrn berasa penuh bgd, pdhl cm diisi 11
Lokasinya di dlm perumahan yg jalannya kecil dan muat 1 mobil jd agak was", ditambah lagi parkirannya sempit krn lokasinya di rmh instrukrurnya
Senamnya cuma bentar, ini yg sangat disayangkan, senamnya cm 30 menit, ini nanggung bgd padahal br panas badannya tp udh selesai (soalnya saya biasa senam 2 jam gitu diselingi 2x istirahat jd syok pas kmrn cm 30 menit ?) trus buat harganya jd lumayan mahal krn 20rb utk 30 menit
Hoiya satu lg, di sana ga ada tmpt untuk mandi kecuali mau mandi di kamar mandi rmhnya instruktur ?

The place is small, then it feels full, even though the cm is filled in 11
Its location in a residential street that is small and fits a car so it was a bit ", plus the parking is narrow because of its location in the instructor's house
The gym is only briefly, this is very unfortunate, the exercises are 30 minutes, this is really great even though the heat is over but it's already done (because I used to exercise for 2 hours so it was interspersed with 2x rest so I was shocked when I was about 30 minutes away) for 20 thousand for 30 minutes
Hoiya one more, there is no place to take a bath unless you want to take a bath in the bathroom where the instructor is ?
