★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sedikit kecewa dengan sikap pegawai. Sedikit cerita saya membeli 2 item kecil, saya mengantri lumayan lama, ketika sudah bagian saya, kasir menanyakan apa saya ada uang pas? Tanpa ada kata maaf atau basa basi atau tindakan sedikitpun kasirnya cuma bilang tdk ada kembaliannya dengan tatapan yang tidak menghargai pelanggan. Kasir juga tidak menawarkan saya plastik sama sekali, sedangakan orang orangcsebelum saya mendapatkan plastik juga. Mungkin barang yang saya beli memang kecil, namun apa salahnya bertanya, apakah saya mau menggunakan plastik atau tidak. Kalaupun dikenakan biaya bukan berarti orang tidak membutuhkan plastik.
A little disappointed with the attitude of employees. A little story I bought 2 small items, I queued for quite a long time, when it was my part, the cashier asked me if I had the right money? Without any word of apology or small talk or the slightest action the cashier just said there was no change with a look that did not respect the customer. The cashier also did not offer me plastic at all, while the people before I got plastic too. Maybe the item I bought is indeed small, but what's the harm in asking if I want to use plastic or not. Even if it's charged doesn't mean people don't need plastic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya buruk. Sebagai pegawai harusnya menghargai semua konsumen dan tidak melirik tajam soal penampilan atau sekecil apa barang yang di beli. Tapi mereka malah menyepelekan hal tersebut dan milih2 soal pembeli. belom tentu yang keliatannya mewah itu beli,dan belom tentu juga yang keliatannya biasa aja tu cuma liat2. Malah justru bisa jadi mereka yang membeli sesuatu. don't judge book by the cover. thx.
The service is bad. As an employee, you should respect all consumers and not glance at the appearance or how small the items you buy are. But they even underestimated this and were picky about buyers. I'm not sure what looks luxurious is bought, and I'm not sure what looks ordinary is just looking at it. In fact, they could actually buy something. don't judge book by the cover. thx.
