β β β β β Belum pernah ambil kursus stir mobil di sini, baru nanya-nanya aja via WA. Komunikasinya saya rasa agak challenging: saya tektokan dua hari baru dapat jadwal yang saya perlukan. Setelah membagikan jadwal, admin agak maksa saya langsung transfer untuk booking.
Saya jelaskan bahwa saya masih membandingkan kelas, dan saya akan kabari dalam minggu ini. Jawabannya: "Ya kalau nggak transfer belom saya booking jadwalnya mba" Lah iya mengerti ? kenapa nada membalasnya gini amat ya seolah saya bodoh?
I've never taken a car steering course here, just asking questions via WA. I find the communication a bit challenging: I tektokan two days and then I get the schedule I need. After sharing the schedule, the admin somewhat forced me to directly transfer to book.
I explained that I'm still comparing classes, and I'll let you know this week. The answer: "Yes, if I don't transfer, I haven't booked the schedule, Ms." Well, I understand why is the tone of replying like this, like I'm stupid?
