★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kesini buat cetak sticker. Awalnya cetak dikit dulu buat sample, nilai hasilnya, bagus! Lanjut order banyakan.. EHHHHHH beda dong hasilnya!!! Usaha kok ga amanah? Sample di bagus2in kan biar customer repeat order, pas order banyak malah di kecewain? Logikanya gmn?

Starpin menawarkan solusi refund. Tp maaf, refundnya saya tolak ya, yg saya permasalahin bukan perkara uang 200ribu perak. Tp "KEPERCAYAAN" dgn brand anda. Lain kali, kalau ada perubahan apapun, di infokan dulu ke customer ya om. Jangan ketika setelah orang kasih review yg sebenernya sangat subyektif sekali, baru dijelasin kalau ada perbedaan bahan yg digunakan. Kenapa tidak konfirmasi dr awal? Kalau dr awal konfirmasi, saya cancel, andapun tidak akan mengalami hal sprti ini bukan? Saya juga berbisnis, makanya saya tau kalau kepercayaan customer itu mahal harganya.
1 lagi, tambahan stlh owner reply review ini. Angka 144rb & 200rb bukan jadi titik permasalahannya, krn sayapun tidak berharap ada penggantian rugi. Jd ga perlu merasa offended dgn angka tsb, ini soal kekecewaan customer krn apa yang diterima tidak seperti yg semestinya. Salam

Starpin offers a refund solution. But I'm sorry, I refuse the refund, what I'm concerned about is not about 200 thousand silver. But "TRUST" with your brand. Next time, if there are any changes, please inform the customer first. Don't let people give you a review that is actually very subjective, only then explain if there are differences in the materials used. Why didn't you confirm earlier? If from the first confirmation, I cancel, you too will not experience this kind of thing right? I also do business, so I know that customer trust is expensive.
1 more thing, in addition after the owner replied to this review. The numbers 144k & 200k are not the point of the problem, because I don't expect any compensation either.
