★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner almost deceive me, telling that my laptop is broken even tho it is just fine. He said that my battery needs to be replaced, but then I insisted to take back my laptop, and bring it to other service counter, and turned out my battery is working and nothing is wrong. I almost have to pay 2 million rupiahs for something unnecessary, i will never again come to this place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Time management. Tbh, it’s a bit unruly. According to the schedule on google, the opening hour is started from 09.00 AM. Nonetheless, I was waiting for 30 minutes longer and it was opened at 09.30 AM. My suggestion pls make an update regarding the exact opening time. Therefore, there are no more people like me running out their time only for waiting.
3. The place is spotless and really comfy.
2. The staffs are companionable, I came to this store because i got trouble with my laptop keyboard after updated into Windows 11. Surprisingly, There was no charge for keyboard issue like mine. They only asked me to follow their Ig account and give some review on google. Thanks a bunch Starcomp Jakal!!!!
