★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the best Starbucks I have been to, the staff are nice and friendly and welcoming. The staff I spoke to spoke English very well, even though I tried bahasa Indonesia.... I found it good they spoke English easily to me. The seating area is nice and open and airy, the outside area is quite large and are able to smoke too, if you still smoke. Overall a nice place to sit and relax with a coffee or tea.

The problem is: the place is too noisy, i think now vanilla, chocolate and cinnamon is not free cz labeling with price. Charging place too rare, just few point too far, for cafe its bad. Wifi always down if people too many.
Anyway, i suggest to look from long way. Cz you can see this place from outside mall. If this place is look crowded, better to search for another starbuck or place. Go there when quiet, its best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always like their service but I really hope they have a blonde and decaf here. I asked the barista today (Oct 11th 2021) if I can get a blonde vanilla latte and they didn't have it, neither do a decaff one. But still a great coffee.
Edited review per Oct 14, 2021:
I checked their menu on ShopeeFood, and they have an option of "decaff". I am so disappointed.

I ordered raspberry black currant blended juice and brownies, and it was a pretty good combination between fresh-sour and 'chocolaty' flavor.
