★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The barista didn't bother to ask the payment method, but simply assumed I didn't have a Starbucks Card, and hence not eligible for an upsize. It's not about the upsize itself, but more about the fact that she did not exhibit the normal top notch customer service you'd expect from Starbucks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great picturesque place. You can collect many Kodak moments. Drive there from ubud was 2 hours but worth it. Had great time there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the first Starbucks reserve in Pondok Indah and offers a fresh chance from many of the chains normal outlets. It offers table service and a big variety of coffee not available normally. Since it opened the service and passion for talking and explaining about the coffee had diminished but still a great place to drink your coffee and watch the world go by.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is your standard Starbucks in a busy mall. Due to social distancing it was easy to find a seat. The prices are what you would expect and the selection based upon Starbuck's standard menu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a nice place to hang out. It’s a little smaller than ideal with the number of seats but you should be a able to find a seat. They don’t sell any other non dairy milk other than soya milk which is not ideal, as it’s nice to have the option of almond milk. The staff in their a quite polite and kind.
