★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lokasi tidak terlalu mencolok di MKG 1 tepat samping eskalator lantai 1 depan Star. Tempatnya nyaman & cocok untuk customer yang lebih prefer outlet Starbucks yang sepi / tidak seramai 2 outlet lain di Mal Kelapa Gading.
Karena berada di lantai 1 atas, jadi tidak ada outdoor / smoking seats . Tempat duduk disini tidak terlalu banyak tapi space-nya jauh lebih luas dibanding di Starbucks MKG 2. Jadi tidak terlalu sumpek.
Servis cepat dan ramah, hanya saja kurang sigap dalam membersihkan cup bekas customer yang ditinggal di meja sampai didudukin pengunjubg selanjutnya cukup lama.
 Unobtrusive location at MKG 1 just beside Star front 1st floor escalator. The place is comfortable & suitable for customers who prefer a Starbucks outlet that is quiet / not as busy as the other 2 outlets in Kelapa Gading Mall.
Because it is on the 1st floor above, so there are no outdoor / smoking seats. There are not too many seats here but the space is much wider than at Starbucks MKG 2. So it's not too crowded.
Service is fast and friendly, it's just that it's not very swift in cleaning the cups used by customers left on the table until the next visitor is sitting for quite a while.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ada beberapa Starbuck di Mal Kelapa Gading. Yang saya kunjungi di MKG 1 di sebrang Star Department Store. Tempatnya selalu rame. Nyaman untuk sekadar duduk dan ngobrol. Colokan juga tersedia di beberapa spot tempat duduk.
There are several Starbuck in Mal Kelapa Gading. I visited at MKG 1 across the Star Department Store. The place is always crowded. Comfortable to just sit and chat. Plugs are also available in several seating spots.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sudah duduk di starbuck mkg 1 lantai dasar dg kopi, sebotol aqua + sanitizer, karena suami sy hanya sendiri, otomatis waktu mau ke toilet sebentar ga lebih dr 3 menit, meja dg brew cofee masih penuh ditinggal. Pas balik kursi sdh diduduki wanita yg td nya ga duduk dsana. Cari info, ternyata karyawan bernama ALDO memberikan tempat suami sy duduk kpd wanita itu. Tidak sopan, tidak cerdas, jelas" ada kopi penuh, ada aqua, ada sanitizer disitu. Maksudnya apa? Cewe itu jg sdh duduk koq sblumnya, apa krn cewe lalu ALDO melakukan hal tsb? Karyawan macam apa ini, sdh lolos training? Masa meja ada kopi penuh dll diberikan pd cewe? Starbuck boleh cek karyawannya spy tau etika & berpikir cerdas, tdk menghargai sama rata customer (btw suami sy cukup sering ksini), membedakan atau mencari perhatian krn cewe? Menurunkan rating starbuck
Sitting at Starbucks mkg 1 ground floor with coffee, a bottle of aqua + sanitizer, because my husband is alone, automatically when he wants to go to the toilet for no more than 3 minutes, the table with brew coffee is still full left. When I came back the chair was already occupied by the woman who wasn't sitting there. Looking for info, it turns out that an employee named ALDO gave the woman my husband's place to sit. Disrespectful, unintelligent, obviously "there is full coffee, there is aqua, there is a sanitizer there. What does that mean? That girl has also been sitting before, is it because a girl then ALDO did that? What kind of employee is this, has it passed training? Time for the table Is there full coffee etc. given to girls? Can Starbucks check its employees so they know ethics & think smart, don't respect customers equally (btw my husband is here quite often), differentiate or seek attention because of girls? Lower starbuck's rating

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lokasinya di mkg 1 lantai atas dekat eskalator. Tempatnya lumayan terbuka dan cocok buat istirahat setelah keliling mall. Disini juga ada beberapa charging spot buat ngisi baterai hp sebelum pulang naik lrt/tj. Seperti biasa menu favorit saya di starbucks yaitu signature chocolate dengan tambahan sirup flavour vanilla.
The location is mkg 1 upstairs near the escalator. The place is quite open and suitable for resting after going around the mall. There are also several charging spots here to charge your cellphone before taking the LRT/TJ home. As usual, my favorite menu at Starbucks is the signature chocolate with the addition of vanilla flavored syrup.
