★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing, I came about a month ago and the waitress said the wifi is down, I came here just this afternoon and the wifi is still down... it is either the staff are lazy to tackle the problem or they deliberately dislike starbucks costumers having their rights of using what supposed to be included facility. I'd say that this is a very dirty move perpetrated by this branch, depriving the costumers of goods, services, and facilities they're rightfully entitled for the money they spend in starbucks. What a substandard nasty starbucks experiences I have here

As you know, Starbucks is suitable for you who wants to work remotely, take a sip of coffee, or just chit-chat with your friends or colleagues
Not only selling food and beverages, but they also sell official merchandises
This place is quite big and has 2 rooms for indoor and outdoor, the view of outdoor space is direct to main way of Kemayoran* and because this place is above the FnB area below, you can see the 1st floor also*
