Loved it. A good place for drinking coffee, hanging out with friends, business meetup, and others.

A two storey Starbucks cafe with few seats on ground floor and i think most of the seats are upstairs.

Not a recommendation because it can't be long there like other starbucks. If it takes a long time, you will be asked to reorder many times. Until you ask for the receipt, the proof you ordered.

Another Starbucks shop in Depok to accommodate their customer that mostly are the college students. More chairs are available on the 2nd floor. Expect some crowd during the beverage promotion day. There is parking lot infront of the store. Most of the customer here are careless where they won't bring their trash to the trash bin as they leave.. quite a shame frankly to see this kind of manner of our youth people today.

It’s just like any Starbucks but it can get very noisy and crowded thus resulting to unpleasant experience. Filled with people sitting with their laptops.

I came here two months ago. The staff is really discriminating. When my friend and I asked if there were paper straws, the male employee stated there weren't any since it's Starbucks policy to avoid using straws. It's understandable, however my friend frequently orders Starbucks through delivery service (in a different city), yet she still receives the paper straw. We stayed quiet nonetheless, but as we got upstairs, we noticed a man, who seemed like a young executive, with a paper straw in his coffee!!! After questioning whether he received the straw from the staff, we confronted the personnel about why we didn't get the straw while others did, and they simply apologized and handed the straw away without explaining why. In addition, the area was filthy and dusty. The air conditioner was ineffective. Also, according to the PPKM regulation at the time, we could only remain for one hour and had to extend by purchasing something else. After 1 hour, the staff came after us and demanded that we leave or order anything (despite the fact that there were only 4 people upstairs!!). That was the worst Starbucks experience I've ever had. I used to frequent there when I was in college, and the staff was so pleasant; it's so sad and irritating that the current staff is everything but.

Since the three years I frequented this chain of Starbucks, for the first time today, December 23, 2020, I experienced a somewhat discriminating situation. In the afternoon, a male barista came upon me asking for me to put my feet down because I sat cross-legged on the store's upholstery. I understand if my sitting cross-legged might cause concern, maybe they're afraid my feet would spread germs especially under the current pandemic. However, the thing is, there was another female customer who did the same, sitting cross-legged. She didn't even wear socks like I did (photos for reference below) and sat like so way longer since she came earlier, yet she got no reprimand from the chain's staff(s). Could it be because she ordered more than I did? In my defense, I already purchased their beverage and food and I can't eat too much dairy product in a day, but I had planned to buy their cake for a takeout because I did aware that I had use the facility for long hours. Moreover, there were few other customers who from time to time put their feet up their chair without any issue from the store. If putting one's feet up on the upholstery and chair is not allowed or that one should buy certain amount of products to sit freely, please make it a written rule that applies to all customers so we're not feel humiliated from discrimination. Thank you.
