★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great interior design, much improvements from previously spartan decor. Top notch espresso drinks are also being offered using proper VA machine with the correct flow rate. Love the coffee bar seating; in this store with the marble counter top. Baristas are supposedly the best ones at Starbucks. A little bit pricey. Recommended.

Its christmas already as they serve christmas theme in cups? My to-go place when Mall hasn’t open yet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Better than the previous starbucks. Even though there’s not so much differences, when you step your feet here, you’ll feel a better ambience inside. They provide some special drinks, and I would recommend its cold brew coffee

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I paid for 2 cold drinks in venti. 709ml in 739ml Starbucks bottles. I was surprised to receive these half filled bottles. I called their attention, they retrieved the bottles and filled them up. I was terribly disappointed when i sat down at home half an hour later as they tasted LIKE WATER. They filled up the bottles with WATEEEERRR!!!. I ordered ICED SHAKEN LEMONADE but they gave me ICED SHAKEN COLORED WATER. No bitter taste of tea, no sour taste of lemon, no sweet taste of the simple syrup. Just plain, bland, colored WATER. What a total waste of money, time and energy. Been away 6 months and was looking forward to having these drinks again, of course in their original formulation. Starbucks - wish upon a star that you get your bucks worth.
Cant contact them either. No listed number and no one picks up the Plaza Indonesia trunk line.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's crowded most of the time, but anyway the staff were friendly. The outdoor seating is nice. I don't smoke, but I like the outdoor seating. I usually come here for their hot chocolate. Haven't found a better hot chocolate in other places. Occasionally I order their limited edition cofffes but always come back for the hot chocolate. Great merchandise selection.
