★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dari seluruh star wash laundry, yg di Kuningan City merupakan yg terburuk. Pekerja nya yg wanita sibuk mainan hp or telp, tidak memperhatikan customer yg dtg. Sekarang, sy sudah berdiri di dpn outletnya selama 30 menit, padahal dia menuliskan "away for 10 minutes". Sy telp ke pusatnya jg tdk membantu. Org pusatnya bilang pekerjanya ada 2 org & ada pembagian shift, tetapi org pusat tersebut tidak tahu siapa yg saat ini masuk. WHAT A LAUNDRY, MENYEBALKAN. Setelah 30 menit menunggu, dtg karyawan yg pria. Ternyata karyawan yg wanita, yg bernama PUTRI, sedang belanja di Lotte Mart. Tolong ya manajemen star wash, karyawannya dididik yg benar. Masa jam kerja dia belanja keperluan pribadinya. Padahal dia seharusnya bisa melakukannya setelah jam kerja dia berakhir. Mengingat dia masuk shift pagi.
 Of all the star wash laundry, the one in Kuningan City is the worst. The female worker is busy with her cellphone or phone toy, not paying attention to customers who are dtg. Now, I've been standing in front of the outlet for 30 minutes, even though he wrote "away for 10 minutes". I didn't call the center either. The center says the workers have 2 people & there is a shift division, but the center doesn't know who is currently in. WHAT A LAUNDRY, SUCKING. After 30 minutes of waiting, with male employees. It turns out that the female employee, named PUTRI, is shopping at Lotte Mart. Please star wash management, the employees are properly educated. The hours of work he was shopping for personal needs. Though he should be able to do it after his work hours are over. Considering he entered the morning shift.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Laundry terburuk yang pernah saya gunakan. Saat saya ke store, ada tulisan “away for 10 minutes”, kenyataannya saya menunggu lebih dari 30 menit sampai penjaganya kembali ke store.
Penjaganya juga sangat tidak ramah dan tidak sopan!
Item laundry saya ternyata belum siap, padahal saya sudah datang 1 hari lebih telat dari tanggal yang dijanjikan di struk pembayaran.
Tidak ada penjelasan atau maaf dari penjaga.
Sangat tidak rekomen laundry disini!!!

Turned out my item was still not ready for pick up - even though I came 1 day after the day stated on the receipt!
To make it worse, no explanation whatsoever from the store.
DO NOT use this laundry service.
Worst laundry I have ever used. When I went to the store, it said “away for 10 minutes”, in fact I waited more than 30 minutes for the staff to return to the store.
The guards are also very unfriendly and disrespectful!
My laundry item turned out to be not ready, even though I had arrived 1 day late from the date promised on the payment receipt.
No explanation or apology from the guard.
Really no laundry recommendation here !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please hati hati laundry disini, saya laundry topi, topinya capnya cacat sperti ada bekas mesin panas yang bikin cap meleleh. Pdahal topi yang di aundry bukan topi murah. Tp pihak star wash tdk ada itikad baik utk kompensasi.
Please be careful with the laundry here, I did the hat laundry, the cap has a defect like a hot engine that makes the cap melt. Even though the hats at Audry are not cheap hats. But the star wash has no good faith for compensation.
