★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here to take photo for US visa application. The staff knows what they are doing, all requirements and else. Good quality photos. A little suggestion, maybe they can do it faster (pasphoto around Jl. Sabang can do it 30 mins, they need 45-60 mins). But I went there when it was a bit crowded, so never mind. Chill out around the mall while waiting is fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Need to improve staff attitude in communication and responding to customer's inquiries via phone calls and WhatsApp chats. Please don't use "busy" as an excuse, you are a business entity so being busy is a given, as well as being professional and courteous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff were kind. The photographer was kind of in a rush, maybe because there were some other customers, so he didn't pay attention to the hair and cloth's neatness. I was promised to wait for 45 minutes, but it took 1 hour in reality. The result was good though. They have experience in taking visa photos for some countries.
