★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The girl at the Maybelline counter on 4 December 2018, around 4pm was rude. My mom was looking at a sealed lipstick rack and she shouted "BU ITU BUKAN TESTER!" from meters away, as if my mother was stupid or even a thief. My mom didn't even open the seal.
That's not how you treat a potential customer. You should've come to her and reminded her nicely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personally this department store is good. Maybe they will be able to catch their competitor such as Centro or Matahari soon. The staff (SPG and SPB) are kind and supportive, they dont rush you to buy. The atmosphere also good with music all the time. They sell many things: fashion, shoes, luggage, bag, etc. Too much options for you to consider.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm verry happy when I'm shopping here. The place is so comfortable, The area's so wide and enough big. There are employees which ready to helping you if you need inform about product want you to buy, choosing size, style, fashion, etc.
The employees are polite, so not seldom many peoples visit here. The price is so competitive than other brands. You will get sale if you have a member card and then you also get " 1 point" every shopping Rp 100.000 ,-. It does untill the end of year.
Overall, I like this Store and hope It can be improve for the future.
Scale from 1 - 100, I choose 87.
