★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is mediocre. Location was very very dirty. We had to ask for our table to be cleaned (full of pastry crumbs, wet coffee stains and dripping of cream on the floor). The place empty, only 2 tables with customers, including ours. Cleanliness is very poor. If they don’t clean the tables, how are we safe from any virus? There are 4 employees in the location, and nobody does the cleaning? Choco Cro is one of my favorite cafes in Japan, but the one here,...nothing like the ones in Japan. So so bad...

Their favorit croissant is chococro (idr 22k).
Their ice cream taste so - so (idr 68k for kyoto delight)
