I booked 4 nights at this hotel and told them what time I would arrive (in the evening). When I arrived, there was no receptionist, only a guard. His English wasn't good, so it was difficult to communicate. I waited for half an hour at the reception for someone to come, but nobody came and the guard also couldn't call someone. In the end he told me I had to leave, because he couldn't let me in my room. So I had to find a different hotel in the dark and the guard didn't even help me. Springwood never apologized to me and until today, they don't reply to my messages and they still have not given me my refund.
It was the worst 'incheck' experience and a really bad service. It looks fancy, but hospitality skills don't match the building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would have easily given 5 stars if it weren't for these two downsides:
1) food delivery drivers getting charged for parking just to drop off food
2) Every night between 10pm till about 12am (sometimes longer), there are people who ride their motorbikes with extra loud mufflers (don't know why they do this to their bikes in the first place) that drive back and forth on the street near this complex. I rented this place out via airbnb and luckily I had a very kind and accommodating host.

Free parking pocket for online delivery available at its Indomaret & any deliveries can be dropped & notified at the apartment reception.
