★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya ingatkan untuk tidak terlalu berekspektasi terlalu tinggi, atau membayangkan seperti hotel bintang 2 atau homestay, karena tempat ini lebih cocok seperti kost harian. Untuk harga bisa anda dapatkan murah di situs pemesanan online dan bisa memilih harga yg tepat di google. Untuk lokasi berada di gang, yg hanya 1 mobil yg bisa masuk, dan berada di pemukiman padat, tempat ini dekat dengan pelabuhan Tanjung Priok, dan sangat cocok buat anda yg mencari tempat bermalam dengan harga murah dan dekat pelabuhan. Fasilitas yg anda dapat kan yaitu kipas angin, berbeda dengan yg ditawarkan di situs pemesanan,tetapi dijelaskan di depan oleh pengurus penginapan. Kamar mandi berada diluar dan ada dibelakang penginapan, berbatasan dg Empang. Di kamar disediakan dua bantal,tempat tidur, meja dan kursi,kipas angin dan tidak ada lemari. Untuk fisik bangunan, kurang perawatan, dan kebersihan sangat perlu ditingkatkan, baik itu di kamar dan di area, mungkin karena hanya owner yg mengurus, jadi tidak tercover kebersihan nya. Pengurus ramah dan bisa dinego jika ingin check in lebih awal. Disini juga menjual makan, jadi tidak bingung untuk makan, dan disekitar tempat juga banyak orang berjualan. Jangan lupa untuk membeli cream pengusir nyamuk, atau obat nyamuk, karena disini populasi nyamuk cukup meresahkan, apalagi malam hari. Semoga tempat ini bisa dibenahi, dg fasilitas yg ditambah,setidaknya ada lemari kecil dikamar,atau tempat menggantung pakaian. WiFi cepat dan pengurus akan senang hati memberikan password nya.
Ada mushola dibelakang penginapan, dan meja kecil didepan KM yg lumayan buat bersantai. Saya kasih bintang 4 karena pengurus yg ramah dan harga yg murah, semoga bisa direnovasi ulang, dan lebih menjaga kebersihan. Thank you.
I remind you not to have too high expectations, or imagine like a 2-star hotel or homestay, because this place is more suitable like a daily boarding house. You can get cheap prices on online ordering sites and you can choose the right price on Google. For the location in an alley, where only 1 car can enter, and in a dense residential area, this place is close to the Tanjung Priok port, and is perfect for those of you who are looking for a place to spend the night at a low price and near the port. The facilities you get are fans, different from those offered on the booking site, but explained up front by the innkeeper. The bathroom is outside and is behind the inn, bordering the pond. In the room provided two pillows, a bed, a table and chairs, a fan and no wardrobe. For the physical building, lack of maintenance, and cleanliness really needs to be improved, both in the room and in the area, maybe because only the owner takes care of it, so cleanliness is not covered. The manager is friendly and can be negotiated if you want to check in early. They also sell food here, so don't be confused about what to eat, and around the place there are also many people selling. Don't forget to buy mosquito repellent cream, or mosquito repellent, because the mosquito population here is quite disturbing, especially at night. Hopefully this place can be improved, with added facilities, at least there is a small wardrobe in the room, or a place to hang clothes. The WiFi is fast and the administrator will be happy to provide the password.
There is a prayer room behind the inn, and a small table in front of the KM which is good for relaxing. I give 4 stars because the management is friendly and the price is cheap, hopefully it can be renovated again, and is more clean. Thank you.

Hospitality is bad, the back area is dangerous, try not to bring small children, the bathroom joins other guests, lots of blood-sucking insects, it's good to have a prayer room

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kamarnya Bersih, juga kamar mandi nya.. Low Budget tak sampai Rp.100.000 permalam walaupun cuma ada kipas angin, kamarnya tidak Gerah. Sayangnya kamarmandi di luar.
Dan tidak ada TV. Dan tidak diberi Handuk dan sabun
Tapi wajarlah mengingat tarifnya yg murah..
Tapi bagi calon Penumpang/atau turun dari kapal ini sangat Recomended. Karna cm beberapa ratus meter dr pintu area pelabuhan Laut Tanjung Priok.
The room is clean, also the bathroom.. Low budget is not up to Rp. 100,000 per night even though there is only a fan, the room is not hot. Unfortunately the bathroom is outside.
And no TV. And not given towels and soap
But it's reasonable considering the cheap rates..
But for prospective passengers / or getting off the ship, this is highly recommended. Because it's a few hundred meters from the door of the Tanjung Priok Sea port area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan buruk, sudah pesan kamar lewat Agoda tapi katanya tidak ada kamar, untung belum dibayar, soalnya pas barengan ada yang udah bayar tapi juga tidak dapat kamar.
Bad service, ordered a room through Agoda but said there was no room, fortunately it hasn't been paid for, because at the same time someone has paid but also doesn't get a room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat mengecewakan,order lewat agoda,2 hari,, begitu smpai di tempat,,dibilang receptionist ,orderan saya belom masuk,,padahal sdh sukses transfer. Bukan masalah nominal harga,,tapi pelayanan. Dibilang penuh smua,,sdh anggap ajah lewat dana nya ilang. Drpd ribet.
Very disappointing, ordered via agoda, 2 days,, once arrived at the place,, said the receptionist, my order has not arrived,, even though the transfer has been successful. Not a problem nominal price, but service. It's said to be full of everything, I think it's just through the lost funds. Drpd complicated.
