β€’ Sudah di-survey satu hari sebelum pengambilan unit, dan sudah foto dokumen pendukung (KTP suami istri, KK, PBB) β€’ Sudah ada kesepakatan harga sewa 1 unit Avanza manual : Rp. 400.000,- β€’ Sudah disepakati waktu pengambilan unit pada Sabtu 15 Agustus 2020 jam 23.00 β€’ Sudah konfirmasi 2 (dua) kali di hari pengambilan, jam 13.00 dan 22.30 : tim rental masih mengatakan OK Saat pengambilan unit jam 23.00 : -> Pihak rental mengatakan mobil tidak ada -> Tidak ada konfirmasi atau informasi apapun ke konsumen -> Tidak ada win-win solution -> Owner mendadak tidak bisa dihubungi (sebelumnya sangat kooperatif saat membuat kesepakatan) -> Kami menunggu di lokasi pengambilan (kantor) hingga jam 01.15 dinihari -> Tidak ada permintaan maaf apapun dari pihak rental Conclusion : ● Pembatalan secara sepihak dari pihak rental yang menimbulkan kerugian waktu, moral dan materi (batalnya 2 pertemuan penting di dua kota yang berbeda) ● Tidak ada tanggung jawab dari pihak Rental ● Sangat Tidak Rekomendasi
β€’ Surveyed one day before taking the unit, and photos of supporting documents (ID card of husband and wife, KK, PBB) β€’ There is already an agreement on the rental price for 1 unit of manual Avanza: Rp. 400,000, - β€’ It has been agreed that the unit pick-up time is on Saturday, August 15 2020 at 23.00 β€’ It has been confirmed 2 (two) times on the day of collection, 13.00 and 22.30: the rental team still says OK When picking up the unit at 23.00: -> The rental said there is no car -> There is no confirmation or any information to the consumer -> There is no win-win solution -> Owner suddenly cannot be contacted (previously very cooperative when making deals) -> We waited at the pick-up location (office) until 01.15am -> There is no apology from the rental Conclusion: ● Unilateral cancellation of the rental which caused loss of time, morale and material (cancellation of 2 important meetings in two different cities) ● There is no responsibility on the part of the Rental ● Strongly Not Recommendation

Mobil diambil jam 1 pagi, tapi jam 3 pagi sudah tersendat2. Setiap tersendat2 ac nya berubah jd panas jd harus minggir ke trotoar tiap 10 menit sekali. Sampe kita harus bawa ke bengkel sendiri HANYA buat ngecek kesalahan pada mobilnya. Ternyata kata tukang bengkelnya coilnya rusak dan salah satu piston di mobil tsb memang mati. Okelah kita otw mengembalikan tanpa kita betulin terlebih dahulu krn emang ga berani ngutak ngatik. Eh pas udah kembaliin kita disuruh ganti sampe ratusan ribu krn kerusakan mesinnya. Yg mana logikanya coil mobil dan pistonnya udah rusak dari pertama kita baru nyewa. Tapi owner tetep ngotot itu kesalahan kita dan kita yg harus ganti duit bengkelnya ratusan ribu. What the hell. Say no banget deh nyewa disini lagi. Probably the worst rent car place i've ever had. Not recommended 100%. Sir, sorry u are cancelled & blacklisted ?
The car was picked up at 1 am, but at 3 am it was stalled. Every time the ac stutters, it turns hot so you have to step aside to the sidewalk every 10 minutes. Until we have to take it to our own repair shop JUST to check for errors on the car. It turned out that the repairman said the coil was damaged and one of the pistons in the car was indeed dead. OK, let's just return it without fixing it first because we don't dare to mess with it. Eh, when we returned, we were told to replace hundreds of thousands because of the engine damage. The logic is that the car coil and piston have been damaged since the first time we rented it. But the owner still insists it's our fault and we have to replace the hundreds of thousands of money for the workshop. What the hell. Say no to renting here again. Probably the worst rented car place i've ever had. Not recommended 100%. Sir, sorry for being canceled & blacklisted

Kami udah transfer full payment dari H-3 untuk sewa mobilio matic. Owner dan cs susah dihubungi setelah transfer, dan seenaknya mengubah jadwal dari kesepakatan dengan alasan mobilnya banyak yang mau sewa. Kalo gitu, ngapain bilang mobilnya ready. Padahal sebelum transfer sudah deal untuk diambil jam 9 malam H-1 dan dikembalikan hari H sebelum jam 9 malam juga, tapi malah diubah sepihak: mobilnya baru bisa diambil jam 9 pagi dan harus dikembalikan sebelum jam 12 malam, tanpa konfirmasi ke kami sebelum transfer. Mau cancel tapi ownernya bilang ga bisa, kesannya ga mau balikin uang kami padahal dia yang ngubah jadwal seenak jidat. Yaudah karena emang ada keperluan, kami tetap sewa dan konfirmasi ke owner dan cs untuk ngambil mobil jam 9 pagi besoknya, padahal jelas-jelas rugi dong dari 24 jam kami cuma bisa pakai 12-15 jam dan mesti atur ulang schedule. Hari-H jam 9 kami di lokasi, mobil tidak ada. Ada 2 CS, salah satu yang berkomunikasi via whatsapp dengan kami ga mau ngaku, padahal H-1 dia yg konfirmasi ok mobil bisa diambil. malah memberikan pendapat bahwa kami cancel, tidak ada inisiatif sama sekali untuk menelpon owner. Dipersilakan duduk pun ngga, mereka hanya merokok sambil main hp. Kami yang riweuh telpon, padahal harusnya segera berangkat. Kami akhirnya nunggu di warung soto sebelah sambil telpon owner. Kata owner, mobilnya masih di kramat jati. Kami udah bilang refund aja, ownernya ga mau dan beralasan lagi mau ibadah di gereja, yg mana tidak berhubungan dengan perjanjian sewa mobil, dan nyuruh kami langsung hubungin stafnya aja. lah. malah kirim selfie sekeluarga dalem mobil sambil senyum. logikanya dimana gitu. Tuhan Yesus ga ngajarin tipu-tipu kek gini trus pake alasan ibadah buat lari. Apaan, pake embel2 tni polisi juga ga guna kalo cara bisnisnya ga bertanggung jawab gini. Ga ada permintaan maaf sama sekali atas kerugian kami baik waktu maupun schedule kami yang batal. Jam 10.30, setelah diphp 1,5 jam akhirnya direfund cash sama stafnya. Keselnya luar biasa sodara-sodara, ga mau lagi nyewa disini.
We've transferred the full payment from D-3 to rent a mobilio matic. The owner and cs are difficult to contact after the transfer, and arbitrarily change the schedule from the agreement on the grounds that many cars want to rent. If so, why say the car is ready. Even though before the transfer, there was a deal to be picked up at 9 pm D-1 and returned the D day before 9 pm too, but instead it was changed unilaterally: the car can only be picked up at 9 am and must be returned before 12 pm, without confirmation to us before the transfer. Wanted to cancel but the owner said he couldn't, the impression was that he didn't want to return our money even though he was the one who changed the schedule as he wished. Well, because there really is a need, we still rent and confirm to the owner and cs to pick up the car at 9 am the next morning, even though it's clearly a loss from 24 hours, we can only use 12-15 hours and have to rearrange the schedule. D-Day at 9 o'clock we were at the location, car was not there There were 2 CS, one of whom communicated via whatsapp with us didn't want to admit it, even though on H-1 he was the one who confirmed ok the car could be taken. instead gave the opinion that we canceled, there was no initiative at all to call the owner. They are not even invited to sit, they just smoke while playing on their cellphones. We were the ones who made a fuss on the phone, even though we should have left immediately. We ended up waiting at the soto shop next door while calling the owner. The owner said the car was still in Kramat Jati. We already said refund, the owner didn't want to and reasoned that he wanted to worship at the church, which was not related to the car rental agreement, and told us to contact the staff directly. lah. instead send a selfie with the family in the car with a smile. where is the logic? The Lord Jesus didn't teach tricks like this and then he used the excuse of worship to run. What the heck, using the police officers is also useless if the way of doing business is irresponsible like this. There is no apology at all for our loss, both in terms of time and our canceled schedule. At 10.30, after being charged for 1.5 hours, the staff finally got a cash refund. The frustration is extraordinary, my friends, I don't want to rent here anymore.
