Saya datang sekitar pukul 20.30 dan menu makanan tinggal mi ayam. Tak perlu waktu lama, semangkok mie ayam dan segelas teh tawar panas sudah tersaji.
Penampilan mi ayam ini sederhana. Tampak mi berukuran sedang, kuah kuning, daging ayam bumbu manis, potongan sawi hijau, dan taburan daun bawang.
Di sesapan pertama kuahnya menunjukkan bahwa mi ayam ini memiliki kiblat ke Wonogiri. Rasa manis berharmoni dengan aksen gurih dan asin. Pas! Saya tambahkan satu sendok sambal untuk memberi sedikit tendangan.
Mi dimasak dengan cukup baik. Lemas, tapi masih ada sedikit perlawanan ketika dikunyah. Penggemar mi kenyal mungkin harus meminta mi dimasak 3/4 matang.
Proporsi daging ayam terbilang standar. Mungkin karena saya hanya pesan mi ayam biasa. Nilai plusnya adalah rasa ayamnya yang tidak terlalu manis, cukup empuk, dan tidak ada selipan tulang yang menganggu. Mi ayam ini bisa tandas tanpa sisa.

On my way home from work late at night, I saw that this meatball and chicken noodle stall was still open. I tried to stop by this shop.
I came around 20.30 and the food menu was only chicken noodles. It didn't take long, a bowl of chicken noodles and a glass of hot plain tea were served.
The appearance of this chicken noodle is simple. There are medium-sized noodles, yellow gravy, sweet seasoned chicken meat, pieces of green mustard, and a sprinkling of green onions.
In the first sip of the sauce, it shows that this chicken noodle has a direction to Wonogiri. Sweet taste harmonizes with savory and salty accents. Fit! I added a spoonful of chili sauce to give it a little kick.
The noodles were cooked quite well. Weak, but still a little bit of resistance when chewed. Chewy noodle fans should probably ask for the noodles to be 3/4 cooked.
The proportion of chicken meat is fairly standard. Maybe because I just ordered regular chicken noodles. The plus point is that the taste of the chicken is not too sweet, quite tender, and there are no disturbing bone inserts. This chicken noodle can be flushed without residue.
