Saya bertanya kepada salah satu karyawan apakah ATM dilokasi SPBU tersebut bisa digunakan atau tidak, tetapi karyawan tersebut menjawab dengan nada dan tutur kata yang tidak mengenakkan. Saya paham karyawan SPBU tidak bertanggung jawab atas ATM tersebut, tetapi setidaknya berikanlah jawaban yang sopan. Saya bertanya murni karena ketidaktahuan, bukannya berniat memancing emosi.
Employee ethics in serving is still lacking.
I asked one of the employees whether the ATM at the gas station could be used or not, but the employee answered in an unpleasant tone and speech. I understand that the gas station employees are not responsible for the ATM, but at least give a polite answer. I ask purely out of ignorance, rather than intending to provoke emotions.
