★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, I think the management should take action regarding the public toilet.
I saw a lot of people already questioned about the behavior of the toile staff, but I did not see any feedback from Management.
I suppose the toilet to be free. But when I went to this rest area and needed to go to the toilet. There are two staffs (one Man and one woman) asked me for cleaning fee.
It is better the management to provide clear explanation. If the management require the visitor to pay for the toilet then please write the clear announcement. If the toilet is free then please inspect your staffs and take action if they violated this policy.
Remember, Rest area located along Jakarta Cikampek tollroad has important task to provide good face of Indonesian image. A lot of tourist will pass this tollroad to go from Jakarta to other cities such as Bandung, Solo and etc. The good management of public toilet is a must

This area not too big , looks not well maintenance , and lot of shop close.
Some tenants available :
Indomaret , Alfamart Express , RM.Ciganea , Oleh-Oleh Shop and some warung on the Food Court.
