This pertamina is operated by vendor and sometimes the service was too long as they lack of operator. 2 lane was operated by 1 person. They payment options also not as good as shell, Pertamina offering discount for using their app but i never managed to pay using Pertamina app, the LinkAja service always error. Recently, during lebaran, they close all payment using card, either Credit Card or Debit Card, cash only, and this is a bad move. Probably the owner wanted fast money compared to using EDC. People was asked to use less cash to avoid Covid19 spread, but this one encourge us to use cash...
