★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hati hati ada kecurangan, setiap indikator bensin saya itu 3 batang, saya selalu isi, dan ini sering saya lakukan, saya biasa isi hanya 50 rbu dan (biasanya) itu akan dapat 2 batang, alhasil indikator bensin saya itu ada 5 batang, tapi yang saya dapat hanya 1 batang, jadi cuman 4 batang, terus 1 batangnya hilang kemana

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicenya jelek. Mobil sudah masuk gak ada yang samperin. Kita sampe panggil2 dan klakson bbrp menit baru ada org yang samperin. Padahal pegawainya banyak. Stelah bbrp menit, pegawainya baru samperin dengan tidak ramah bilang: ibu emang gak tau kita lagi reset? Emang gak liat tulisannya?
Kita sebagai pelanggan ya mana tau kalo gak dikasihtau ya, Ini aja pegawai banyak gak ada satupun yang kabarin di awal. Cuma mampir ke station catet2 entah apa, tapi gak kasihtau ke pelanggan suruh tunggu/sementara belum bisa isi.. Kecewa sama pelayanannya, bikin emosi. Untuk pihak pengelola, tolong dididik lebih lagi karyawannya agar lebih peduli, lebih komunikatif dan ramah. Thank u
