★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hari ini, selasa 7 april 2020 jam 7.30 mau isi dexlite. Tiba2 ada telp masuk, lalu saya angkat telp dan bilang sedang di pom bensin. Disaat yang sama, petugas perempuan menanyakan mau isi apa, saya bilang dexlite sambil akan matiin telp, tp petugas tsb sepertinya kurang mendengar jawaban saya, lalu nyeletuk lagian sambil nelpon. Lalu saya cancel pembelian dan dia bilang alhamdulillah. Sepertinya petugas tersebut perlu di edukasi kembali mengenai pelayanan yg baik. Baru kali ini nemu petugas pom sejutek itu. Menurut saya, teguran bisa dilakukan dengan cara yg lebih baik
Today, Tuesday 7 April 2020 at 7:30 I want to fill in dexlite. Suddenly a call came in, then I picked up the phone and said it was at the gas station. At the same time, the female officer asked me what I wanted to fill, I said dexlite while turning off the phone, but the officer seemed to have not heard my answer, then snuck in anyways while calling. Then I canceled the purchase and he said thank God. It looks like the officer needs to be educated again about good service. This is the first time I have found the official of the police station. In my opinion, reprimands can be done in a better way
