Tapi H -1 idul fitri saya kehilangan celana panjang bahan 1 yang saya baru beli dan ptong dan saya info kan ke yg punya laundry beliau jwb nnt tanggal 9 juni kita baru buka dan nanti saya cari kan, stlh tanggal 9 saya balik konfirmasi dan beliau pun masih belum sempet mencari di karena kan karywannya yang masuk cuma 1 org dan yg lain masih libur. Akhir ssya kasih waktu 3 hari dan stlg 3 hari saya masih mempertanyakan celana saya gimana dan beliau pun masih ke binggungan ke tukar dengan siapa?? dan beliau menyampaikan jangan tkut saya akan tanggung jwb tapi sampe skrg tangung jwb nya cma hanya sekedar menCari tp tidak ada tangung jwb secara materi. Kalau harganya cm 100rbu 200 rbu saya merem ya tapi ini harganya lebih dari itu dan sampai sekarang pun informasi dan konfirmasi dari pihak laundry pun tidak ada dan saaya pun sengaja tidak menanyakan karena saya ingin mengetes ke jujuran dan tangung jwab si pihak laundry.
Dari cerita ini saya cuma ingin berbagi pengalaman dan semoga dari pengalaman saya temen" lebih berhati" dan selektif lagi memlih tmpt laundry. Smoga kejadian saya tidak menimpah kalian terma kash

But my H-Eid I lost material 1 trousers that I just bought and ptong and I got the info from the one who has his laundry, nnt, on June 9, we just opened and later I searched, after 9 I returned confirmation and he I still haven't searched because there are only one employee who works and one is still on vacation. Finally, I give you 3 days and weeks 3 days, I still question my pants, and he is still on the way to exchange with whom? ? and he said, I will not bear it, but until now the answer is only just looking for nothing. material tangible. If the price is 100 thousand cm, I will fix it, but this price is more than that, and until now even the information and confirmation from the laundry is not there and I have deliberately not asked because I want to test the honesty and the laundry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sayang banget, padahal kualitas laundryan lumayan tapi tolong pelayanan dari pegawainya ditingkatin dong. Udah 2x minta laundryan di jemput dan dijawab akan diambil tapi gak dateng,pas kejadian pertama udh mewajarkan mungkiin memang sibuk tapi kemudian kejadian lagi. Tolong kalo memang gabisa jawab gabisa jangan bilang akan diambil dan dijanjikan waktu, karna orng lain Jadi nungguin padahal punya kegiatan lain.
It's a shame, even though the quality of the laundry is decent, but please improve the service from the employees. I've asked for laundry twice to be picked up and answered that it will be picked up but it didn't come, when the first incident happened, it was normal that it might have been busy but then it happened again. Please, if you can't answer, don't say it will be taken and promised time, because someone else is waiting even though you have other activities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya sangat menyayangkan,kenapa loundry yang katanya bagus ini.bisa2 nya pake pegawai kasir nya songong banget gak ada ramah sama sekali nya padahal dia cewek harus nya lebih ramah sama customer..niat nya pengen jadi pelanggan jadi males.saran buat bos nya harap kasih arahan.biar customer juga enak.

Can you use the cashier's staff, the cashier is really chatty, there's no friendly at all, even though she's a girl, she should be more friendly to the customer.. Her intention to be a customer is lazy directions. so that the customer is also good.
