★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The youghurt is excellent. The order taking and billing process are very slow and created unnecessary long customer queue. The baristas should NOT talk trivia and laughs among them while serving customer. It's not excellent customer service, I think. Management should provide service excellence training for baristas especially when they are serving customers. The baristas do not seem to care about customer even though they are not rude. Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i love sour sally. but last time i went to the pim 3 store they didn't have any sauces, very few toppings and no size choices. i know this may be an effect of going out of business, but i still wish to see sour sally as it was. i'm happy to give it 5 stars once they improve
