Pemuda), Bang Ali yang berdarah Aceh memulai bisnis soto santannya, sesuai dengan asal daerahnya maka bumbu sotonya ini kaya akan rempah khas Aceh sehingga rasanya pun khas dan enak sekali. Pilihan mulai dari daging, sengkel dan jeroan sapi. Lokasi saat ini adalah salah satu cabang yang dikelola oleh keluarganya. Bang Ali sendiri saat ini ada di Belanova Sentul city.
