Kalau lokasi Soto Pak Bambang yang pusat ada di Nologaten, nah cabangnya ini ada di Jalan Manggis (jalan yang menuju ke Pringwulung kalau dari arah Jalan Nologaten).
Dari sisi kontennya, soto Pak Bambang ini mengingatkan perpaduan antara soto Kemasan karena ada irisan-irisan tahu bacem, soto Pak Man aka. soto Kuburan yang ada lenthoknya (perkedel dari ketela), dan soto Pak Parmo Kridosono karena rasa kaldu ayamnya.
Mungkin karena masih baru dan terletak di lokasi yang kurang umum di peta per-soto-an Yogyakarta, warung soto ini pengunjungnya relatif belum terlalu ramai.
Padahal dari sisi rasa, warung soto yang biasa mulai buka pukul 06:30 WIB ini cukup terpuji dan berani diadu dengan soto lain yang lebih mapan dan kerap muncul di feed IG para netizen pencinta kuliner.
Soto Pak Bambang 2 is a branch of (of course) Soto Pak Bambang.
If Pak Soto's central location is in Nologaten, the branch is on Jalan Manggis (the road leading to Pringwulung, if it's from Nologaten Street) .
In terms of content, Pak Bambang's soup reminds a combination of Soto Paket because there are sliced tofu slices, Soto Pak Man aka. soto Grave with lenthok (cassava from cassava), and soto Pak Parmo Kridosono because of the taste of the chicken stock .
Maybe because it is still new and is located in a less common location on Yogyakarta's per-soto map, this visitor shop is relatively not too crowded.
Even though in terms of taste, the traditional Soto stall which starts at 6:30 WIB is quite commendable and dares to be pitted with other Soto that is more established and often appears in the IG feeds of culinary lovers netizens.
