β β β β β The soto (beef soup is the star at this small Padang restaurant. Clear broth with the usual condiments such as rice noodle and perkedel (fried potato ball) topped with fried beef cubes are served in a bowl of yumminess. ) Although, the soto is the main event, the nasi goreng (fried rice) and the mie rebus (curry noodle) should be considered if you have a chance to revisit the place.

β β β β β This place is a nostalgic food stall for those lived in Bukittinggi--a town in West Sumatra--in the 1990s for its well-known soto Padang and fried rice. Price is very affordable for Jakartans, but the venue is rather hot

β β β β β A very decent fried rice, padang style. Each grain of rice is coated with spice during its frying in the wok. And if you order a side dish of omelette, it will be fried, a typical treatment in Padang restaurants.
Soto Padang is also great! Tastes just like the one youβll have in Padang, West Sumatra

β β β β β Originally the meat should be crispy fried, but they had own version. Overall it's quite authentic

β β β β β Ordered soto padang& teh talua and it was very enjoyable on a rainy day. The bits of meat on their soto is not crunchy like most soto padang in Jakarta, but I think this is another version of soto that exists West Sumatra. The broth is super clear yet packed with flavor, add some chilli to make it more exciting. Make your experience here whole by ordering teh talua. I wonder why teh talua didn't catch popularity yet like egg coffee in vietnam..

β β β β β Famous for the Soto Padang and Nasi Goreng Padang style but my fave must be the Mie Rebus. You can order from Gojek and Grab also, they have very good reviews and lots of order there :)
