Bukanya sore jam 5 pm.
Lokasinya deket laundrian disisi belakang pasar paramount.
Kedainya sederhana tapi rasa sotonya enak... dagingnya super empuk, untuk isi soto madura yg campur... ada usus, babat, & limpa empuk den tebel... harga hanya
Bisa ditambah pake telur rebus biar tamba enak. Kuahnya mirip soto madura yg terkenal di juanda.
Untuk rawonnya ngga terlalu tajem rasa kluweknya tapi rasanya terasa berempah juga & enak... dagingnya jg super empuk. Dari empuknya... daging di sini dimasak dgn cara direbus api kecil berjam2... karena rasa daging & jeroannya empuk tp ttp juicy ngga sampe dry.
Harganya termasuk murah dan worthed.
Yang jual juga orang jawa timur asli... karena masi medok jawanya :D.

The shop is simple but the taste of the soto is delicious ... the meat is super soft, for the mixed contents of Soto Madura ... there are intestines, tripe, and soft spleen den tebel ... the price is only
You can add it using boiled eggs to make it taste better. The sauce is similar to the famous Madura soup in Juanda.
The rawon isn't too tajem, the taste is kluwek but it feels spicy too & delicious ... the meat is super soft too. From the softness ... the meat here is cooked by simmering it on low heat for hours ... because the taste of the meat & innards is soft but juicy but not until it's dry.
The price is cheap and worthed.
Those who sell are also native East Javanese ... because they are still consuming their Javanese: D.
Overal is highly recommended ...

Lokasinya memang ada di belakang, dan buka hanya sore sampai malam hari.
Rasanya enak, sama dengan yang di Surabaya sana.
Selain soto bisa jg pesan Nasi pecel dan rawon.
Tambahan bisa pesen Paru, empal, ati ampela, babat, tahu & tempe bacem dll
Warung Soto Madura in Gading Serpong's modern market.
The location is indeed in the back, and open only in the afternoon until the evening.
It tastes good, the same as in Surabaya there.
Besides soto, you can also order pecel and rawon rice.
Additional can order Lung, empal, ati gizzard, tripe, tofu & tempeh bacem etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are many so-called "Soto daging Gubeng" in Tangerang, but this shop's soto always bring my tongue back to same taste as THAT little shop's rombong soto across stasiun Gubeng Surabaya in '80.
