Selain kuahnya kuning, dominan manis rasanya, rempah kurang terasa dan tidak ada taburan bawang putih.
Tidak seperti soto kudus yang pernah saya makan, kuah bening/sedikit keruh namun hangat rempahnya terasa di lidah dengan taburan bawah putih kering di atasnya.
Doesn't match the taste of the holy soup.
Apart from the yellow broth, the taste is predominantly sweet, the spices taste less and there is no sprinkling of garlic.
Unlike Soto Suci that I have ever eaten, the broth is clear / slightly cloudy but the spices are warm on the tongue with a sprinkling of dry white underneath on top.
