★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bad KFC staffs' service. poor knowledge. avoiding promo. bad tastes (not like other KFC).
case: Promo tcash discount Rp10.000 for minimum payment Rp20.000, the staffs said it is no longer available, but the application told that is still on promo and this place is included store. I insist to pay it with tcash where it should be automatically cashback or discounted, but the cashier use the tcash EDC without press promo so it is paid normal payment and i did not get the privilege. So i complain to tcash customer care and get the cash correction the days after... The point is this KFC store make us may not take our privilege and you must know that the taste in this store is not like KFC as a standard
