★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tadi adalah kali pertama saya mencoba soto Surabaya. Awalnya kukira bakalan mirip soto Madura, eh ternyata tidak demikian. Rasanya tidak sesuai dengan selera makanan saya. Kurang pekat. Rasanya pun saya tak paham. Apalagi sebelum saya tambahkan tiga sendok sambal.
Apa karena terlalu banyak jeruk nipis yang saya peras ya? Entahlah.
O, ya, untuk pilihan sarapan cocok juga sih. 10k sudah dapat satu porsi soto+nasi dan segelas teh manis hangat. Kenyang sekali, saya hampir tidak bisa menghabiskan. Meski pelan dan cukup lama, akhirnya soto di mangkuk saya habis juga.
Kalau mau dibungkus bawa pulang pun bisa. Terserah Anda.
 This was the first time I tried Soto Surabaya. At first I thought it would look like Soto Madura, but it wasn't. The taste is not according to my taste in food. Less concentrated. I don't think I understand. Especially before I add three spoons of chili sauce.
Is it because I squeezed too much lime? I have no idea.
Oh, yes, breakfast options are suitable too. 10k already got a serving of soup + rice and a glass of warm sweet tea. So full, I can hardly finish. Even though it was slow and long enough, finally the soup in my bowl ran out.
