★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sekedar masukan aja klo yg dibungkus soun nya lebih baik dipisah yaa,dan untuk kepala ayam nya saya kira utuh terjyata ud terlalu empuk jd ancur2 sedikit,rasa lebih dominan kunyit nya ,agak getir dikuah mgkn ga di bakar dl kunyitnya.
Just to put it in, it's better if it's wrapped in soun, it's better to separate it, and for the chicken head, I think it's whole, it turns out to be too soft so it's a bit crumbly, the taste is more dominant in the turmeric, it's a bit bitter in the broth, maybe it's not roasted in the turmeric.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walaupun belum bisa memastikan?...tapi saya menduga yang menyiapkan sajian soto saya pagi ini adalah cak Sahri dibantu istri..dan ditemani anak mereka yang masih balita..??
Entah mengapa saya selalu kagum kepada pasangan suami istri yang bisa bahu membahu kompak mencari nafkah, tanpa ada rasa malu..tapi saling support?????
Semoga semakin laris ya cak...semakin langgenggg...kompak sambil membesarkan anak-anak... ????
Walahh.. Ini ulasan kok malah mengulas keluarga yaaa...??
Kembali ke Soto...??sekian menit pagi itu dengan melihat kedatangan ojol berkali-kali untuk pesan makanan sudah menunjukkan bahwa warung makan ini exist... ?Dan memang rasa sotonya lezat. khas Lamongan. Teh nya pun lumayan. Jadi dengan kelezatan seperti itu di harga 12 ribu saya rasa cukup murah untuk sarapan sepaket soto teh manis + tempe mendoan goreng...

Memang sih ada yang masih perlu dibenahi dan dirapikan, yaitu tempat..Persoalan warung yang menempati trotoar, PKL, adalah kebersihan dan kerapian tempat dan perabotnya... Andai warung ini di shelter khusus kuliner, pasti akan lebih ngegas?? larisnya....Cak Sahri pun pasti setuju... Ya kan cak? ?
Yuk..bagi yang belum coba...dan sedang lewat disini???????..... Bolehlah sekali-kali mampir??????
Although I can't be sure yet?...but I suspect that the one who prepared my Soto dish this morning was Cak Sahri assisted by his wife...and accompanied by their toddler child..??
I don't know why I'm always amazed by married couples who can work together to make a living together, without any shame..but support each other????
Hopefully it's selling well, sis...more lasting...compact while raising children...

Back to Soto... For a few minutes that morning, seeing the arrival of ojol repeatedly to order food has shown that this food stall exists... And indeed the taste of the soto is delicious. typical Lamongan. The tea is pretty good too. So with a delicacy like that at a price of 12 thousand I think it's cheap enough for breakfast a package of sweet tea soup + fried tempe mendoan...

Indeed, there are still things that need to be fixed and tidy up, namely the place... The problem with the stalls that occupy the sidewalks, street vendors, is the cleanliness and tidiness of the place and the furniture... If this shop was in a special culinary shelter, it would definitely sell out more quickly... .Cak Sahri would also agree... Isn't that right, sis? ️
