★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aunthentic Soto Ambengan from Surabaya. the taste offered is quite the same as its central branch in surabaya. Soto is famous for its "poya" which adds to the savory taste of soto. Parking space and eating places provided are quite good but cleanliness can be improved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soto is one of indonesia traditional soup dish. It's tasty. This particular Soto soup from East Java.
Basically it's like a different chicken soups. The taste is delicious. And it's all up to you if you want it to be spicy or not (you can always add sambal to it).
The salted egg fried tofu is also very nice. It's a little bit spicy (in a good way if you do like spicy food).
