Potongan yg sudah kita pilih akan di kurangi oleh penjual saat di sajikan supaya bisa di jual lagi...
Apalagi kalo kita pilih kaki kambing utuh... Sampai di mangkok kita hanya beberapa potong saja... Sisa potongan di sembunyikan untuk di jual kembali...
