★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiap sate itu beda2. Madura dgn ciri khas di sate dan bumbu nya. Begitupun betawi. Untuk betawi, gw sering bgt kesini. Biasanya selalu sop kambing 1 mangkok, dan 10 tusuk sate kambing dgn bumbu kecap.
Rasa betawi punya dah. Selama bulan puasa ini, udah 3x beli,selalu dibungkus buat sahur (sop kambing). Alhamdulillah org rumah pd suka. Dagingnya empuk, kuahnya gurih. Walaupun hrs tambah garam lagi klo mau gabung sm nasi. Tapi kalo untuk diirup langsung, itu udah seger. Sambelnya dan asinannya juga mantep.
Kalo sate, krn lg off perkambingan, jadi cuma bisa irup kuah sop kambing aja hahahahaha
Harga sop kambing 30rb. Sate nya udah lama gak beli, agak lupa berapa harganya.

Betawi taste is good. During this fasting month, already bought 3 times, always wrapped for sahur (goat soup). Alhamdulillah, home people love it. The meat is tender, the sauce is tasty. Even though you have to add more salt if you want to join the rice. But if you inhale it directly, it's already fresh. The sauce and the pickling are also great.
If it's satay, because it's off the fishpond, so you can only get the soup for the goat soup hahahahaha
The price of goat soup is 30 thousand. I haven't bought the satay for a long time, forgot how much it costs.
