★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To start off, the place is rather small and hidden so first timer needs to really pay close attention to the road. From 3 desk available only 1 of them have a staff waiting, fortunately I only have to wait for one other person so it's okay. My item the SBH-70 can't get repaired so it's a bummer but the staff patiently explains why so I still left satisfied. The only downside so I give it a 4 star is because of the place, that's quite hidden, and the general atmosphere that's not too inviting, so please try to improve on that

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to service your Sony related devices. Too bad they do not accept service for accessories like headphones. I really need mine fixed. No solutions offered. Guess I have to venture elsewhere for repair options.

Its hospitality, helpfulness, and performance is good.
