★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived at my place as scheduled (for installation), but didn't bring with them the tools.. very funny. Finally the tools arrived around 4 pm. But still couldn't make an installation. Need some additional supplies that will be ready in the next 2-3 days. very (3 times) funny that i couldn't laugh anymore but cry.....
