Ayamnya udah bau busuk, sangat" gak fresh.. ga diicipi dulu apa? Sekelas solaria menyajikan makanan ayam busyuk. Cukup pertama dan terakhir makan di sini, kapok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesen bihun goreng tp angus trus bihunnya jg masih kaku....pesen bowl ayam mentega ditutup nya pake plastik wrap gini ya...yah ampun gw ky boleh minta....duluan pesen g dibungkusin sambel...pesen online kenapa krn males makan ditempat pelayannya jutek2...pesen nasi udah byr g dibawa2in sampe 2x disamperin tetep aja dicuekin...hadeeehhh...dr makanan, kemasan, pelayanan sangat buruk tolong dong diperbaiki...?
I ordered fried vermicelli but it was angus and the vermicelli was still stiff....ordered the butter chicken bowl and covered it with plastic wrap, okay...oh my goodness, can I ask... first order not wrapped in chili sauce...order online why because lazy to eat at the waiter's place...the order of rice has already been carried out until it's brought to the side 2x and it's still ignored...hadeeehhh... the food, packaging, service is very bad, please fix it...?

Ada ruang terbuka juga untuk smooking area.
Untuk pelayanannya, ini terakhir kali saya kesana kurang memuaskan.
kebetulan pas jam makan malam dan weekend pula.
Jadi rame dan penuh banget. Banyak meja kosong tapi belum di bersihkan.
Makanan datengnya lama banget sampe 30 menit lebih dan makanan pas dateng itu capcay nya udah dingin ??♀️??♀️.
Saran aku untuk pelayananya, jika di jam2 ramai seperti makan siang atau makan malam. karyawan nya di perbanyak. Di breafing dengan benar apa saja tugas masing2,jadi biar tertata dan cas cis cus gitu lho cepet.
Kemarin itu saya makan ,sampe makanannya udah abis minum nya belom dateng. Sampe eneg duluan nungguin minum.
Dan ada beberapa customer sampe marah2.
"Sembraut" istilah katanya.
Untuk para pelanggan , setelah makan biasakan sistem tumpuk di tengah.
Untuk membantu para pekerja lebih cepat kerjanya.
Over all oke, pelayanan baik dan tetap ramah meskipun lama.
Btw resto di ciplaz ini baru ada solaria aja belom ada pesaing yang serupa jadi manfaatkan dengan sabaik2nya.
Pesaing untuk makanan beratnya cuma resto fast food aja.
Semoga semakin baik lagi dalam pelayanannya.
