Gobis biasa kan bukan super bisa dirubah nominal sesuai yg diinginkan, masa kalo customer minta ganti menu harus dicancel dulu dan pesan ulang customer nya. Hellooooww, gobis biasa ini loh bukan gobis super, resto not problem, cs pun gak masalah kalo harus pesan ulang. Bisa berkali kali pesan ulang, lah driver dong dirugiin. Maen suruh cancel aja..
Tolong dipelajari, jangan sampe ada pihak yg dirugikan..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan kurang memuaskan, pelayannya tidak ramah. Saya minta saus sambal udah minta ke 4 kali ke palayan nya ga diambilin. Terakhir yg ditanya pelayan bilang saus sambal habis padahal di meja lain banyak, bisa tolong di ambilin ke customer yang minta padahal tapi jawaban nya tidak memuaskan malah pelayan mba2 anak training ada yang menyuruh kita ambil sendiri wkwkwk padahal kita customer lohh yang harus di layani. Kecewa banget sih sama pelayananya ke customer..
Customer lain minta saus sambal di kasih -_- kecewaa banget . Tolong pelayanannya di tingkatkan lagi!!
Service is not satisfactory, the waiter is not friendly. I asked for chili sauce, I have asked the palayan 4 times to take it. The last one the waiter asked said the chili sauce was running out even though there were lots of other tables, can you please take it to the customer who asked for it even though the answer was not satisfactory, even the waitress, the training children, told us to take it ourselves, even though we are the customers who have to be served. Really disappointed with the service to the customer ..
Another customer asked for chili sauce to be given -_- very disappointed. Please improve the service again !!
