β β β β β The place is clean. There is TV (cable TV) in the waiting area. The products can be demonstrated well. They also provide snacks. However, the waiting area can be improved by providing facility that support working with laptop since the waiting time is quite long, 3-4 hours.

β β β β β Waiting room in 1st floor and underground floor is limited. Phone signal is unavailable for Simpati and IM3 in underground (maybe it is normal). But the service is good, they will provide you with a welcome drink. There are around 6 - 10 people who will work your window film, which takes around 1 hour / window to finish. You have to book first if you want to equip your window with a film, they won't do it on the spot.
