Roti gak pakai pengawet jadi exp kurang lebih 3-5 hari disuhu ruangan kalau dimasukkan ke dalam kulkas lebih tahan lama lagi.
Sekarang juga ada cafenya juga jual nasi kebuli,bubur gandum,mie,kopi,teh,bubur ayam,cup cake,camer dll.
Selain itu di SOFA BAKERY jual frozen food ada: roti maryam /cane,donat,pastel,risol,kroket,sambosa,roti burger dll.
(Rotinya baru mateng jika sore hari sebelum assar dan terkadang pagi hari sebelum subuh)
Jadi di SOFA BAKERY itu selalu baru rotinya
