★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya punya anak tiga dua putus sekolah sampai sd semua yg satu ini masih kelas 5sd apakah akan seperti kakaknya cukup sampai sd.saya tidak pernah terjamah bantuan apapun malah orang kaya yg dekat sama aparatur pemerintahan malah pada dapet.saya menanyakan hak saya di setiap orang yg bersangkutan di pemeritahan semuanya saling cukup bilang belum ada jatahnya .saya tunggu sampai kiamatpun gak bakal turun.sudah duakaliperiode presiden belum pernah dapet hak saya.cuma nerima kartu kesejahteraan saja tapi gak ada buktinya.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya sudah mengadu ke PKH perihal anak saya mengalami kelainan jantung bawaan dan membutuhkan biaya tak sedikit untuk membeli susu medis dan multivitamin dan suami bekerja bengkel motor yang hasilnya tidak tentu kadang dapat kadang tidak tempat tinggalpun masih numpang mertua padahal mertua saya juga stroke tapi jawabannya cuma tergantung laporan dari bawah padahal kata dukuhnya dari atas bingung kok jd lempar2an ya

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengalaman sy begitu mengecewakan, sewaktu sy mengantarkan pengaduan ibu sy masalah PKH , ibu sy memang msuk prosedur lansia umur 70 thn lebih ,jawabannya yg sy dptkan "kami tidak tau kami hnya mendapatkan laporan dari kader pendamping ato pk dukuh, padahal seblomnya sy sdh pergi kntor kecamatan dan kantor kelurahan jawabannya jg sama "nihil.
Akhirnya setelah ada perbincangan dgn petugas yg cukup lama sy akhirnya tau kesimpulannya adalah ORG YG BERPANGKAT bagaimanapun tetap kuwat. Org punya kedudukan bagaimanapun tetap Lebih berkuasa. Kita hnya org miskin tak berpngkat tetap hnya bsa diam .?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sebaiknya segera diaktifkan kembali pelayanan tatap mukanya. Sangat repot klau harus lewat WA, kasihan yg datang ke sana tanpa bawa HP, mesti bolak balik lagi. Dan yg datang sudah membawa berkas lengkap pun harus WA dulu, dan tidak bisa asal mengumpulkan berkas kalau belum di balas WA nya, sementara respon WA hampir 1/2jam sendiri bahkan lebih, jadi waktu malah habis untuk menanti balasan WA. Mohon lebih ditingkatkan lagi pelayanannya.

It's very troublesome if you have to go through WA, sorry for those who come there without bringing a cellphone, they have to go back and forth again. And those who come with complete files must also WA first, and can't just collect the files if they haven't been replied to by WA, while WA's response is almost 1/2 hour and even more, so time is running out to wait for WA's reply. Please further improve the service.
